Create property transfer rates

This page explains how to create a proprety transfer rate.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Property Transfer Rates

1. Go to the Administration module;
2. Choose the Base Tables option;
3. Select the Property Tax option;
4. Click the Property Transfer Rates menu. This action opens the List of Property Transfer Rates page (509:16906);

Step 2 - Create a property transfer rate

5. Click the Create button. This action opens the Property Transfer Rate popup window;
6. Fill out the required fields (identified with a red star *). For example, Count From, Rate(%), etc.;
7. Click the Save button. This action confirms the creation of the property transfer rate and updates the List of Property Transfer Rates page (509:16906).
