Create a fiscal roll

This part of the guide explains how to create a fiscal roll and how to link a batch to a fiscal roll.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Fiscal Rolls

  1. Go to the Assessment module;
  2. Choose the Functionalities option;
  3. Click on the Fiscal Rolls menu. This action opens the List of Fiscal Rolls page (502:5001);

Step 2 - Create a fiscal roll

  1. Click the Create button. This action opens the Fiscal Roll page (502:5002);
  2. Go to the Identification section;
  3. Complete the required fields;
  4. Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the fiscal roll, updates the Fiscal Roll page (502:5002), assigns a fiscal roll number and displays the Batch section allowing you to enter details of batches;

    Step 3 - Link a batch to a fiscal roll

  5. Go to the Batch section;
  6. Click the Add button. This action opens the pop-up window Add a Batch;
  7. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Batch No.;
  8. Click the Add button. This action confirms the creation of the batch and refreshes the Fiscal Roll (502:5002) and the List of Fiscal Rolls (502:5001) pages.
