Print collection receipts

This part of the guide explains how to print collection receipts.

The printing of a collection receipt is only possible when its status is Manual Correction or Validated. The Print button then becomes available.

The following example demonstrates how to print the collection receipt for a transaction with a Validated status. This procedure is standardized and applies also to transactions displaying a Manual Correction status.

Step 1 - Go to the page Bank Interface Transactions

  1. Go to the Interface module;
  2. Choose the Bank option;
  3. Click on the Bank Interface Transactions menu. This action opens the Bank Interface Transactions page (508:2001);

Step 2 - Print a collection receipt

  1. Go to the Search Criteria section;
  2. Complete the required fields;
  3. Click the Refresh button. This action refreshes the page and displays the list of bank transactions in the lower section;
  4. Click on the Status column;
  5. Choose the Validated option. This action displays a list of transactions with this status;
  6. Find the transaction for which you want to print the collection receipt;
  7. Click the edit icon of the transaction subject of the request. This action opens the pop-up window Bank Transaction and displays the Print button;
  8. Click the Print button. This action prints the collection receipt in PDF format.
