Print consolidated tax account statements

This part of the guide explains how to print consolidated tax account statements.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Tax Accounts

  1. Go to the Tax Account module;
  2. Choose the Tax Accounts menu. This action opens the List of Tax Accounts page (503:2000);

Step 2 - Print consolidated tax account statements

  1. Go to the Criteria section;
  2. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Registration Date From and To;
  3. Click the Refresh button. This action updates the page and displays the list of tax accounts in the lower section;
  4. Search for the tax account to be displayed;
  5. Click the hyperlink of the Tax Account No. subject of the request. This action opens the Tax Account page (503:2001);
  6. Click the Taxpayer Tax Accounts button. This action opens the Taxpayer page (503:2002);
  7. Click the Print Consolidated Tax Account Statement button. This action opens the page Print Consolidated Tax Account Statement (503:2004);
  8. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Start Date and End Date;
  9. Click the Print button. This action prints the consolidated tax accounts statements in PDF format.
