Accessing e-services

An activation email containing an allocated user name is required to access e-services. Contact your tax administration if this email was not sent to you.

To access e-services:

  1. Enter your Username and Password;
  2. Click on the Login button and enter the code you received by email. This action will take you to the e-services Home page.
To retrieve your password:
  1. Click the Forgot Password hyperlink. This action displays instructions to retreive your password;
  2. Enter your Email Address;
  3. Click the I'm not a robot box and follow the instructions;
  4. Click the Send button. This action sends a reactivation email.
To change your password:
  1. Click the arrow next to your name in the top right corner of the toolbar;
  2. Select the option My Profile. This action opens the My Profile page;
  3. Go to the field Change Password and drag the mouse from the No tab to the left until it changes to YES. This action displays the fields necessary to change the password;
  4. Fill out the Old Password, Password, Confirm Password fields;
  5. Click the Save button. This action updates your profile and password.
