Display application form types

This part of the guide explains how to create an application form type. This screen is used to configure the possible application form types that taxpayers can submit.

SIGTAS allows the administrator to translate appplication form types into the local language of his choice. When this is the case, a dynamic icon, located to the right of the field to be translated, indicates that a translation is possible. For further instructions, please click on the following link: Translate from the Translation popup window.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Application Form Types

  1. Go to the Administration module;
  2. Choose the Base Tables option;
  3. Select the Document/Letter option;
  4. Click the Application Form Types menu. This action opens the List of Application Form Types page (509:15340);

Step 2 - Display an application form type

  1. Go to the identified section of a magnifying glass;
  2. Using the drop-down list, select the item to search for or enter the text in the field provided for this purpose;
  3. Click the Go button. This operation allows for customization and calls up items on the screen more easily;
  4. Click the hyperlink of the Application Form Type subject to the request. This action opens the Application Form Type popup window.
