Create immediate assessments in batch

This part of the guide explains how to create immediate assessments in batch.

SIGTAS allows the user to register specific assessments that do not require a tax account, such as certain types of fixed fees. This type of assessment is called an immediate assessment. Once the new immediate assessments batch has been created, SIGTAS assigns it a unique immediate assessment batch number and assigns it the status Open.

Step 1- Go to the page List of Immediate Assessments Batches

1. Go to the Assessment module;
2. Choose the Functionalities option;
3. Click on the Immediate Assessments menu. This action opens the List of Immediate Assessments Batches page (502:4005);

Step 2 - Create immediate assessments in batch

4. Click the Create button. This action opens the page Immediate Assessments Batch (502:4004);
5. Go to the Immediate Assessment section;
6. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Tax Type, Form No., etc.;
7. Go to the Batch section;
8. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Batch No.;
9. Click the Create button. This action confirms the creation of the immediate assessments batch, assigns a unique number to the new immediate assessment batch, displays the batch details in the lower section and updates the Immediate Assessments Batch (502:4004) and the List of Immediate Assessments Batches (502:4005) pages.
