Calculate immediate assessments in batch

This part of the guide explains how to calculate immediate assessments in batch.

The calculation of immediate assessments in batch can only be processed when the status is Ready To Assess. Once the batch of immediate assessments has been processed, its status remains Ready To Assess.

Step 1- Go to the page List of Immediate Assessments Batches

1. Go to the Assessment module;
2. Choose the Functionalities option;
3. Click on the Immediate Assessments menu. This action opens the page List of Immediate Assessments Batches (502:4005);

Step 2 - Calculate immediate assessments in batch

4. Go to the Status column;
5. Select the Ready To Assess option. This action displays a list of batches with this status;
6. Find the batch you want to calculate;
7. Click the hyperlink of the Batch No. subject of the request. This action opens the Immediate Assessments Batch page (502:4004);
8. Click the Calculate button. This action confirms the calculation of the immediate assesements batch and updates the Immediate Assessments Batch page (502:4004).
