Display the assets of a non-individual taxpayer

This part of the guide explains how to display the assets of a non-individual (enterprise).

The type of enterprise displayed in the Entreprise Type column is configured by the tax administration. Therefore, providing the non-idividual taxpayer's TIN is unknown and required for the user’s query, he will have to use the Enterprise Type column to find the type of entreprise he is looking for.

The following example demonstrates how to display assets of a Corporate type of non-individual taxpayer. This procedure is standardized and applies also all the other types of non-individual taxpayers as determined by the tax administration.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Taxpayers

1. Go to the Tax Roll module;
2. Choose the Taxpayers menu. This action opens the List of Taxpayers page (501:9000);

Step 2 - Choose the taxpayer

3. Go to the Criteria section;
4. Choose the Enterprise option;
5. Go to the Entreprise Type column;
6. Choose the option of your choice;
7. Find the enterprise you want to display the asset;
8. Click on the TIN of the non-individual subject of the request. This action opens the Non-Individual page (501:2012);

Step 3 - Display the assets of a non-individual

9. Click the Assets button. This action opens the Maintain Taxpayer Assets page (501:4001);
10. Go to the Properties section,
11. Find the property to display:
12. Click on the hyperlink of the Property id subject of the request. This action opens the Property page (501:4002) and displays the property information.

    Repeat the same operation to display details of motor vehicles and other taxable objects (Motor vehicle and Other sections), as appropriate.
