Add an insurance to a motor vehicle

This section explains how to add an insurance to a motor vehicle.

Step 1 - Go to the Motor Vehicle page

1. Go into the Motor Vehicle module;
2. Choose the Motor Vehicles menu. This action opens the List of Vehicles page (504:2006);

3. Search for the desired motor vehicle;
4. Click on the "pencil" icon of the vehicle being requested. This action opens the page Motor Vehicle - XXXX (504:2026).

   Step 2 - Add an insurance to a motor vehicle

5. Go to the Region Display Selector section;
6. Select the Insurance tab and click the Create button. The pop-up window Insurance is displayed;

7. Fill in mandatory fields (identified by a red asterisk *) such as Ins. Issue Date and Insured by as well as other fields if necessary;
8. Click Save to confirm the action and return to the Motor Vehicle - XXXX page (504:2026) or Save and Create to confirm the action and add another insurance.
