Create a reminder date

This part of the guide explains how to create a reminder date.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Reminder Sequences

  1. Go to the Administration module;
  2. Choose the Rules/Configuration option;
  3. Select the Letters/Reminders option;
  4. Click the menu Reminder Sequences. This action opens the List of Reminder Sequences page (509:15580);

Step 2 - Create a reminder date

  1. Click the Create button. This action opens the Reminder Sequence page (509:155581);
  2. Go to the top section and fill out the required fields (identified with a red star *). For example, Reminder Sequence Name, Start date, etc.;
  3. Click the Save button. This action confirms the creation of the reminder sequence and displays the Create button to add details in the Reminder Sequence Details section;
  4. Go to the Reminder Sequence Details section and click the Create button. This action opens the Reminder Sequence Detail popup window;
  5. Fill the required fields (identified with a red star *). For example, Letter Title, etc.;
  6. Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the details and updates both the Reminder Sequence (509:155581) and the List of Reminder Sequences (509:15580) pages.
