Accessing e-services Admin
An activation email containing an allocated user name is required to access e-services Admin. Contact your tax administration if this email was not sent to you.
To access e-services Admin:
- Fill out your Username and Password;
- Click the Login button. This action opens the home page: List of Taxpayers.
To retrieve your password:
- Click on the Forgot Password ? hyperlink. This action opens a window with instructions;
- Enter your Email Address;
- Click on the box I'm not a robot and follow the instructions;
- Click on Send. This action sends a password reactivation email.
To change your password:
- Click the arrow next to your name in the top right corner of the toolbar;
- Select the option My Profile. This action opens the page My Profile;
- Go to the Change Password line and drag the mouse from the NO tab to the left until it changes to YES. This action displays the fields necessary to change the password;
- Fill out the following fields: Old Password, Password, Confirm Password;
- Click the Save button. This action updates your profile and password.
