| Checkbox | Biometric Enrollment | If the check box Biometric Enrollment of the screen Specific Rules (509:2230) is selected, then only the application form types that have this check box selected in this screen will be part of the LOV for the field Application Form Type of the screen Manage Enrolled Taxpayer Information (TR149S). | Display Field | Associated Document Type | Links an “Application Form Type” to a “Document Type”. This way, after saving the captured information in this screen, a document of the selected type is registered automatically in the screen Manage Enroled Taxpayer Information (TR149S) screen. A LOV is provided from the page List of Document Types (509:15110). |
| Button | Save | Saves the changes, closes the popup window Application Form Type (509:15341) and redirects the user to the page Application Form Types (509:15340) which will be refreshed with the new information. |
