Add a history to a property-part

This part of the guide explains how to add a history to a property-part.

As per the property, SIGTAS displays the first history when creating the property-part which in turn causes the Create button to become available.

Step 1 - Go to the List of Property-Parts

  1. Go to the Property Tax module;
  2. Choose the Property-Parts menu. This action opens the List of Property-Parts page (506:3002);

Step 2 - Add an history to a property-part

  1. Find the property-part for which you want to add a history;
  2. Click the ID of the property-part subject to the request. This action opens the Property-Part page (506:2001);
  3. Go to the History section;
  4. Click the Create button. This action opens the pop-up window History;
  5. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Start Date, Specialty Use, etc.;
  6. Click the Save button. This action adds the new history to the property-part and updates the Property-Part page (506:2001).
