Add a form line

This part of the guide explains how to add a form line. This page contains some validations. Click the following link for more information: Form Lines - Configuration details

When the line is added, the administration can choose between the following options:

  1. Add a type line (EN, CA, BF, TF, TB, ND, etc.);
  2. Add a total line (LTT);
  3. Add a label;
  4. Add the calculations (line reference or fixed amount);
  5. Execute the calculation of an algorithm;
  6. Perform the calculation of a tax function;
  7. Reduce the calculation of an appendix.

Step 1 - Go to the page Form Lines

  1. Go to the Administration module;
  2. Choose the Operations option;
  3. Select the Forms option;
  4. Click the Form Lines menu. This action opens the Form Lines page (509:15280);

Step 2 - Add a form line

  1. Using the drop-down list, choose a Form No. This action refreshes the page and displays the detail of the form;
  2. Go to the lower section and click the Add button. This action adds a line at the end of the section;
  3. Complete the required fields;
  4. Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the line and updates the Form Lines page (509:15280).
