Transfer a tax account

This part of the guide explains how to transfer a tax account from one tax center to another.

Step 1- Go to the page Transfer Tax Accounts

  1. Go to the Tax Account module;
  2. Choose the Transfer Taxpayers option;
  3. Click on the Transfer Tax Accounts menu. This action opens the Transfer Tax Accounts (503:3025) page;

Step 2 - Transfer a tax account

  1. Go to the Search Criteria section;
  2. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, TIN, New Tax Division, etc.;
  3. Click the Refresh button. This action confirms the selection and displays the list of tax accounts in the lower section;
  4. Search for the tax account to be transferred;
  5. Check the box corresponding to Tax Account No. subject to the transfer;
  6. Click the Transfer button. This action opens a Confirmation window;
  7. Click the Yes button. This action confirms the transfer of the account and refreshes the Transfer Tax Accounts (503:3025) page.
