Create a property aspect type

This part of the guide explains how to create a property aspect type.

The aspect type configured on this page is displayed on the Aspect Type field of the Aspect page (506:4004). In order to complete the registration of the property aspect type, the user must check either the Description Sheet or the Short Code boxes.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Aspect Types

1. Go to the Property Tax module
2. Choose the Aspect Types menu. This action opens the List of Aspect Types page (506:4000);

Step 2 - Create a property aspect type

3. Click the Create button. This action opens the New Aspect Type page (506:4001);
4. Go to the Aspect Type section;
5. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Description, Short Code, etc., and click one of the Description Sheet or Short Code checkboxes;
6. Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the aspect type, displays the section for detailing the aspect type, assigns a type number, and updates both the Aspect Types pages (506:4001) and List of Aspect Types (506:2012) pages.
