Create an immediate assessment notice
This part of the guide explains how to create an immediate assessment notice.
Once the notice has been saved in SIGTAS, the user will be able to display it from the List of Assessments page (502:1001).
Step 1 - Go to the page Immediate Assessment
- Go to the Assessment module;
- Choose the Taxpayer's Documents option;
- Click on the Immediate Asssessment menu. This action opens the Immediate Assessment (502:4001);
Step 2 - Create an immediate assessment
- Go to the Payer Information section;
- Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Tax Type, etc.;
- Go to the Additional Details section;
- Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Form, etc.
- Go to the Fee Summary section;
- Click on the Add button. This action opens the Fee Details popu up window;
- Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Amount, etc.;
- Click on the Save button. This action confirms the amount and updates the page.
- Click the button Generate and Print. This action creates the immediate assessment notice, assigns a unique no to the immediate assessment notice an displays the Create Reassessment button.
