Unsuscribe a tax officer

This part of the guide explains how to unsuscribe a tax officer, for example in the event of a resignation.

Unsuscribed users can no longer be modified.

To unsuscribe a tax officer:

1. Click the Tax Officers menu. This action opens the Tax Officers page;
2. Go to the search field and enter the Username / Email Address of the tax officer to display. If you do not know the full name, enter the first two or three letters. You can also use the same procedure for the email address;
3. Click the Magnifying glass icon. This action displays all the tax officers matching your request;
4. Go to the bottom of the page and use the rightward or leftward arrow to display items on the screen, if required;
5. Click the Edit button ot the tax officer subject of the request. This action opens the Tax Officer Details page.

6. Click the Unsuscribe button;
7. Click the Save button. A confirmation message will be displayed.
