Create licence rates

This part of the guide explains how to create a licence rate and add a proportional rate.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Rates

1. Go to the Administration module;
2. Choose the Base Tables option;
3. Select the Licences option;
4. Click the Rates menu. This action opens the List of Rates page (509:15460);

Step 2 - Create a licence rate

5. Click the Create button. This action opens the Rate page (509:15461);
6. Fill out the required fields (identified with a red star *). For example, Rate Class Code, Amount, etc.;
7. Click the Save button. This action confirms the creation of the rate, updates the Rate page (509:15461) and displays the Proportional Rates section;

Step 3 - Add a proportional rate

8. Go to the Proportional Rates section;
9. Click the Create button. This action opens the Proportional Rate popup window;
10. Fill out the required fields (identified with a red star *). For example, Rate (%), Proportional Rate Based on, etc.;
11. Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the proportional rate and updates both the Rate (509:15461) and List of Rates (509:15460) pages.
