Create a property tax rate

This part of the guide explains how to create a property tax rate.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Tax Rates

1. Go to the Property Tax module
2. Choose the Tax Rates menu. This action opens the List of Tax Rates page (506:2017);
   

Step 2 - Create a property tax rate

3. Click the Create button. This action opens the New Tax Rate page (506:2018);
4. Go to the Rate Scale section;
5. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Code, Rate Type, etc.;
6. Click the Save button. This action confirms the creation of the new property tax rate, displays the section detailing the tax rate and updates the List of Tax Rates page (506:2017).
