OTR allows individuals to enter an application.
The capture of a new application requires the individual to provide information such as ID document, bank information, income source, contact, etc. The navigation train buttons indicate the step to follow to complete the application. Once a step is completed, the navigation train button becomes green and the taxpayer can click the Next button to go forward.
However, when the form-based page is not completed, the navigation train button displays red. As soon as the application procedure has started, his status displays New. The taxpayer can then complet and submit the application. Upon completion and validation by SIGTAS, a submission number is assigned to the application and it status changes to Submitted.
The application must be submitted within 14 days. Beyond this period, OTR cancels the registration procedure and changes the status of the application to SUBMISSION LIMIT DATE PASSED. The individual taxpayer will then have to reapply. The old application is displayed on the list but no action is possible.
