The Workflow application allows you to assign and manage employee tasks. Workflow displays the sequence of tasks to be carried out by the employee or the group of employees, identifies the actors by specifying their role and the way to best fulfill it, and finally, allows the supervisor to follow all the tasks to be performed by the employee or group of employees.
This guide is primarily intended for the system administrator, supervisor, and employee. It describes the processing, the tasks to be distributed among the different employees or groups of employees, as well as the execution times, checks and validation methods. It provides the Workflow user with the information needed to perform their tasks.
In Workflow, the different tasks are accessible from a dashboard. It is the role of the user that determines the dashboard(s) that will be available to him during the connection. The three Workflow dashboards are:
